The international recognition of this programme encourages Human Study e.V. to further pursue its mission in increasing through education the quality and availability of P&O services to people with disability in the world.

The three-year educational programme is based on a blended learning approach which effectively combines e-learning practice with on-site hands-on clinical workshop seminars.

A successful pilot program

The first generation of students in the Cat II to Cat I Upgrade Programme graduated in December 2016 by passing their final exams in front of an international examination committee. The exams were organized in the facilities of the Sirindhorn School for Prosthetics and Orthotics SSPO, Siriraj Medical Faculty, Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand.
Encouraged by positive experiences made with the pilot programme, Human Study e.V. has expanded and opened opportunities for students in other regions. Currently, students from Afghanistan, Malawi, Togo, Tunisia and Spain are enrolled in this educational programme.
